Salt Lake City Outpatient Drug Rehab Certifications
We take great pride in our Salt Lake City Drug Rehab Outpatient programs. We follow all applicable State as well as local city licensing rules and guidelines. In addition to being a master of the craft of addiction treatment, our outpatient rehab follows national and other highly sought after accreditations and certifications. Here is a list of many well known various accreditations or associations relating to rehab: CARF International http://www.carf.org/home/ The Joint Commission http://www.jointcommission.org SAMHSA http://www.samhsa.gov NIDA http://www.drugabuse.gov NAMI http://www.nami.org AMCAP https://ldsamcap.org NAATP https://www.naatp.org NAADAC http://www.naadac.org Utah State DHS http://hs.utah.gov/agencies/substance-abuse/ Utah State DOPL http://www.dopl.utah.gov City Center Salt Lake City www.ci.slc.ut.us LDS Family Services https://providentliving.lds.org/lds-family-services?lang=eng LDS Addiction 12-Step http://addictionrecovery.lds.org/?lang=eng Alcoholics Anonymous http://www.aa.org/pages/en_US Narcotics Anonymous http://www.na.org Domestic Violence Hotline http://www.thehotline.org Utah Addiction Center http://healthsciences.utah.edu/utahaddictioncenter/ |
We have many great relationships with these various affiliations and certifications. We always do our very best to work with the community and to follow all of the most up to date best practices. That is why we consider our facility to be a true evidenced-based treatment facility!
Another amazing bonus in coming to our outpatient rehab services is the utilization of health insurance and more in particular, Utah health care. This means because of our accreditations, we are able to provide services for just about any addiction or mental health needs. Take the insurance juggernaut, Aetna for example. Aetna does not approve any residential drug rehab clientele for any kind of services unless they are Joint Commission certified. Aetna will however allow a facility to provide Day treatment (PHP) or Outpatient rehab (IOP/GOP) even if they are not Joint Commission certified! As insurance policies are ever changing, we are almost positive that Cigna, UMR, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health, First Choice, Value Options, Deseret Mutual, etc. will quickly follow suit. Lastly, It is only a matter of time before Aetna and all the other affordable health insurance providers apply the same rules as to outpatient as well making the industry standard very strict and clinical. |
